The apartment has a full, modern kitchen, which includes a microwave, a large fridge and a 4-plate stove with oven. It is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, and the basic everyday essentials, such as sugar, tea, and coffee, are supplied. The apartment has a modern, en-suite, stylishly fitted full bathroom, with under floor heating and heated towel rails. The basic bathing necessities are provided. Parking is on-site and behind a remote controlled gate.
There are 12 popular restaurants and takeaways within walking distance, a Shell service station with a 24-hour shop one block away and the trendy and fashionable suburbs of Parkhurst, Greenside and Melville, with their sought after restaurants and antique shops, just a few minutes away.
Parktown North is convenient and close to the business and shopping centres of Rosebank - with its African Market and Rooftop Craft Market, Hyde Park and Dunkeld. Sandton, Melrose Arch and Illovo, plus the Johannesburg CBD, are all a short drive away, Wanderers Cricket Stadium is over the hill, and the M1 highway is easily accessible. A laundry and ironing service is available at an additional cost.
